After selecting any of the payment methods, you will be directed to the payment gateway to enter the details. Connection to the payment gateway and data transfer is done in buckle mode using SSL encryption protocol. If your bank supports the technology for secure online payments, such as Visa or Mastercard Secure Code, you will need to enter a password when making a payment. You can check your bank's payment passwords online. Data will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by the law of your country. Bank card payments are made according to the requirements of the payment systems through which you make a money transaction.

Orders placed by Credit Card Payment are carefully processed. We will verify Credit Card Holder's billing address and phone number with Card Issuing Bank to protect cardholders and payee against any unlawful credit card transaction over the internet. There will not be charges to your credit card for back-ordered items until product are shipped out.


You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 24-48 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. EGOOBY does not guarantee same day-shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.


EGOOBY use the Mainstream High Quality Express Logistics Company of EU Member States as carrier. Shipping costs are based on weight, volume, destination zip code and number of items we can pack in each box for your order. The shipping charge includes insurance for full value of products against loss or damage. Orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of products and credit verification. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Special order items orders may take longer. No orders will be processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone, e-mail or mail. If the delay is due to backorder or item is not being available, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute for another item, or cancel your order. Backorder shipments will be subject to normal shipping and handling policies.


EGOOBY does not sell back-ordered merchandise. We will never purposely charge a customer for an item that we do not physically have in stock at the time of purchase. Occasional inventory discrepancies may occur due to inaccurate inventory counts or possibly because the last few items on our shelves are damaged and/or not in a condition that we can sell to a customer. In that instance, we will refund your credit/debit card for the item, along with any applicable tax fees and shipping charges. An automated email will also be sent to alert you of the situation.


If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please call us immediately. There is no fee for cancelled orders.


Shipments with tracking numbers are emailed once orders are shipped during business hours of Monday thru Friday. You may also obtain tracking numbers by calling us or logging into your account, available after 24-48 hours of placing an order.

This is our Standard Return Policy. "Return" constitutes receipt of the product by EGOOBY, and not the mere issuance of an RMA. Please make sure you send your package with a trusted carrier (UPS, FedEX, USPS with Delivery Confirmation).

All products sold by EGOOBY offer limited manufacturer warranty, except special order items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund within 30 days upon receiving the product. Items returned must be new, in it's original packaging, including the original invoice for the purchase. Please note that a 20% restocking fee may apply.

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  You may obtain an RMA number by contacting EGOOBY Customer Service by phone, fax or email. Please note that RMA# does not guarantee final deposition. All returns are subject to inspection and will be evaluated by our technical team; any products returned to us unauthorized will not be accepted.

Products that are not eligible for return will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received under the conditions listed below:

-Any product not purchased from EGOOBY

-Any product without a valid RMA

-Any product without the Original Invoice

-Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product

-Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging

-Any product that exhibits physical damage

-Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate

Once an RMA# is issued by EGOOBY, clearly write it on the outside of the parcel, not on the product package. Shipping charges are not refundable and will not be covered by manufacturer’s warranty. All return fee's must be shipped freight prepaid and are Non-Refundable. We will not accept COD or freight collect return. Return process will be initiated only after receiving returned products. Credit will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects and process the return. Physical damages to any product will void the product's warranty and breach the return policy. If product(s) are not received in our warehouse within 14 days from issued RMA, RMA will be voided and no credit will be issued. WE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO SATISFY OUR CUSTOMER'S NEEDS.


Warning On Counterfeit Products:
EGOOBY has confirmed that counterfeit versions of EGOOBY Massagers are being manufactured and sold, by unauthorized distributors, to unsuspecting customers in various regions around the world. Distinguishing authentic from counterfeit can be difficult, many customers are unaware that they are purchasing counterfeit products. The company cautions customers from purchasing products from any source other than EGOOBY and its authorized distributors.
